BUILDING HISTORY
Built in 1918, this building, formerly known as the Gray Lanes Building, originially housed a blacksmith shop. In 1928 the building was utilized as a automobile, drive-in garage and gas station. In 1954, it was converted to a bowling alley which was in use up until a few years ago.
The Gray Lanes Building has served many purposes over the course of its history. Developers have renamed it Rushton Place and returned it back to the original historical architectural appearance. Rushton Place has been converted from a vacant bowling alley to prime real estate with commericial space on the first floor and premium condominiums on the second floor.
